As Washington State natives, we are very familiar with the history of growth and potential in the Pacific Northwest.
The Bellevue/Kirkland/Bothell Eastside area, Whidbey Island, Chelan and Cle Elum/Roslyn/Suncadia areas are high on our specialty list with properties in each location but our familiarity of neighborhoods expands beyond ownership. As agents, Washington State is our stomping ground, and as investors, we've branched across state lines.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, we met in Seattle, sparks flew and the adventure began.
Since 2006, we've navigated the real estate world as buyers, sellers, landlords and vacation property managers. It's been said that we've weathered (and survived!) the Great Real Estate Depression of our generation. This experience did not come without a steep learning curve.
